Let's get the basics out of the way. The links on these pages, in some way, make me money or give me "stuff" or I somehow benefit in some way from them. I'm selling, being an affiliate, etc.
But, more to the point, anything that ends up on this page (which honestly, is going to be very little), will only be things that I absolutely use, love, and/or believe in. I'm not looking to make millions being an affiliate marketer. That's just too much work for me and I already have at least one full time job! I'm just sharing the things I've found that have really helped me out in my day to day life (both work and home).

"The How To"I Want to Work From Home! (but don't know how)I will shamelessly promote this fantastic and affordable eBook that is going to give you the basics of what it means to start your own virtual assistant business. My amazing co-business-virtual-sister Frankie and I worked tirelessly on this and we think it's pretty great. It's going to walk you through all the things you need to think about when starting up your entrepreneurial home business. We talk about the mistakes we made. We're blatantly honest (just like this website).

"The Organization"Joann Krall - The Sensible OrganizerI stumbled across Joann in some Facebook group somewhere, and I decided to try out her 29 day DIY program called Clearing a Path to Peace. About a week into the program I just felt like this is what I needed. When you're so swallowed up in your business everything else gets put on the back burner and then one day you look up from your laptop and see that your house has gone to the dogs! (Or cats, in my house.) It was no pressure, no guilt, no "do it this way or it won't work."
So I jumped into her full Membership program and finally have found some solid support in getting organized. I love the scheduled "group" work sessions. We get online (it's remote for me since I'm several states away), talk about what we're working on, and then get to work. Joann is there the whole time and is ready to answer questions and help you resolve questions you have in your organizing. |
"The Information"Morning BrewI think over the past few years we all have kind of "had it" with news. I remember when news was on twice a day for about 30 minutes. You heard some local, national, sports and weather and that was it. Now it's... it's a lot.
I'm not sure how I found Morning Brew, but each day I get an email that gives me some business news, world news, etc. Simple overviews without all the noise. I get info on investments, real estate, and have fun doing their occasional puzzle or meme contest. Sign up. Give it a try. See if you like it. It's free! |
